1. The service
This platform provides a private digital identification and registration record for a service dog, based solely on information declared by the handler. We create documents from what you submit. We do not verify training, evaluate a dog, assess a disability, or determine whether a dog legally qualifies as a service animal under any law.
2. No government affiliation
We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any federal, state or local authority. Documents issued through this platform are private records. They are not government-issued identification, not a certification, and not a federal or state registration.
3. Your declaration and responsibility
By completing a registration you certify that the dog is your service dog and that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for the lawful use of documents generated from it. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may be unlawful in some jurisdictions.
4. Payment and finality
Registration requires a one-time payment of $19.99 USD. Because documents are generated immediately upon confirmed payment and are personalized, registrations are final and information cannot be edited after payment. Contact support for material errors.
5. Digital delivery and your email address
All documents are delivered digitally to the email address you provide. You are responsible for entering it correctly. Orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address may not be recoverable.
6. Removal of records
We may deactivate or remove a registration record where required by law, where fraud or misuse is identified, or for legitimate technical reasons.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as a documentation and identification tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any denial of access, dispute, or loss arising from the use or presentation of documents generated through the platform.
