Information we collect
Handler first and last name, city and state, email address, and the dog details you submit (name, photo, breed, color, sex, date of birth). We do not collect your date of birth, phone number, street address, or any medical or disability information.
Information shown publicly
The verification page and certificate display the dog's name, photo, breed, color, sex and date of birth, the handler's first and last name, city and state, the registration number and the registration date.
Information kept private
Your email address, payment details and internal technical data are never displayed on the verification page, in public documents, or through any public interface.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We retain only a payment reference so we can provide your receipt.
Customer Access
To retrieve your documents later we verify control of your purchase email using a one-time code or secure link. We do not create password-based accounts.
Retention and removal
Registration records are retained so that verification remains available. You may request removal of your record by contacting support.
